A large room with fantastic sea & mountain view of Mull, Lismore Island and the hills of Morvern. There is a pair of binoculars on the windowsill to help you make the most of the views out over the sea, islands and wildlife.
This is a great room to relax in by the bay window with a tea, coffee or perhaps a glass of wine or a dram!
Dependable wi-fi available throughout our house allows you to catch up with the latest on your phone or ipad when you need, but with a view like this, you might forget about technology for a while....

This room has a superb 'boutique' ensuite bathroom with free-standing bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. This is a great room for a soak in the tub, -you can also adjust the lighting to create that perfect mood.

We like this room so much we combined it in 2018 with the room next door to create the en-suite to match, with the same views!

Now the light and airy feel of this room is complemented by a beautiful modern bathroom suite.
Relax in our free-standing bath with views over the island of Mull and coast and mountains of Morvern.
If you don't have time for that soak in the bath, then revel in the powerful walk-in 'rain' shower that this bathroom also provides.

Standard Kingsize Bed

The Standard King has been recently updated and has a lovely light feel. Our aim is to combine the great design and useability that modern technology can provide in a classic Edwardian setting. Our powerful walk-in 'rain' shower and contemporary en-suite fittings follow this ethos perfectly.

The room colours are restful and have highlights that take inspiration from the landscape that surrounds us, from the pale grey of the walls to the bleached oak in the en-suite. Relax and catch up with some TV from the comfort of your king-size bed or have a seat by the window in the alcove with your ipad or a good book.

Standard Twin bed, (Ground floor)

Our twin room is situated on the ground floor, this is a quiet and comfortable room with a brand new en-suite with powerful 'Rain' shower.
Please be aware that this room has no sea view as it is at the rear of the house, however the sitting room is right next door where you can relax and catch the sunsets!
